The officers and lifeguards are authorized to enforce all rules and regulations of the Green Harbour Beach Club.

All members and their guests are expected to conduct themselves under accepted rules of courtesy and consideration in all areas of the Beach Club.  Members are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times.

 All requests, exceptions, complaints and recommendations shall be made to an officer or Pool Manager.

 Lifeguards are not to be asked to watch or care for any specific child or person while on duty.  Proper supervision must be provided by the member for their young children.

 As per the By-Laws:

 ·        Non-member residents of Harbour Green will be permitted one visit to the club per year.  All other guests privileges are limited to three visits.

 ·        Any member wishing to bring a group of guests to the club must make arrangements with the President in advance.  Use your discretion for guest privileges.  Guests should be limited on weekends and holidays.

 ·        The Beach Club will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 9a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Saturday.  The pool will be open from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday - Thursday during the weeks of water ballet and swim lessons.

 ·        The Clubs facilities shall not be used for childrens or adult parties, unless the guests for same are made up entirely of G.H.B.C. members.  G.H.B.C. does not promote the use of the Clubs facilities for parties as they can cause disruption of the normal routine on the Club.

 ·        All bathers must remove all sand before entering pool.

 ·        No glass of any kind will be permitted in pool area.

 ·        No running, pushing, wrestling, ball playing or causing undue disturbance in or about the pool area.

 ·        No smoking on pool deck within fifteen feet of pool.

 ·        No pets allowed on Club property.

 ·        Admission may be refused anyone with skin abrasions, colds, coughs, inflamed eyes, infections or wearing bandages.

 ·        Expectorating or blowing nose in pool is prohibited.

 ·        Pool Managers and lifeguards may suspend diving from board temporarily during crowded periods if deemed necessary for safety.

 ·        All members, including children, shall use the pool at their own risk.  Children under ten will not be permitted within the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.  However, children who have passed basic guards test and have written parental approval may use the pool unaccompanied by a adult.

 ·        Use of kiddie pool is limited to children under seven who must be attended by an adult at all times.

 ·        Only one person will be permitted on the diving board at a time.  Each person will go in turn.

 ·        No food may be consumed on the pool deck.

 ·        No toys, pails, or equipment will be permitted in either pool.  These should be used in beach area only.

 ·        No swimming in diving board areas.

 ·        No tables permitted on pool area.

 ·        Litter baskets must be used for all waste material.
